為促進正確的采樣、取樣與制樣，保證被檢樣品具有客觀性、均勻性和代表性。由北京礦冶科技集團有限公司主辦，中國礦業(yè)聯(lián)合會、中國分析測試協(xié)會和中國金屬學會共同協(xié)辦，北礦檢測技術有限公司、三匠聯(lián)合國際會展(北京)有限公司共同承辦的第九屆世界采樣與混樣大會將登陸中國，于2019年5月6-9日在北京國際會議中心隆重召開。北京礦冶科技集團有限公司總經(jīng)理、黨委副書記、董事韓龍將擔任大會組委會主席，Ralph Homes與中國工程院院士孫傳堯?qū)⒐餐瑩未髸檰?，中國工程院院士王海舟將擔任學術委員會主席。本次大會旨在深入探討采樣、制樣和混樣領域前沿學術研究成果，分享技術知識和技術進展，為國內(nèi)外采樣和混樣領域的認證機構、終端用戶、相關服務企業(yè)以及教育科研單位搭建了非常重要的交流平臺。大會所涉及的相關領域包括：礦業(yè)、冶金、金屬與合金、制樣、農(nóng)業(yè)、生物、環(huán)保等諸多方面。中國作為全球重要的經(jīng)濟體和制造業(yè)大國，在全球貿(mào)易、生產(chǎn)控制、環(huán)境保護等方面對采制樣技術都有著巨大的需求。借助本次國際學術盛會，必將推動我國采制樣理論的提升和采制樣技術的快速發(fā)展。
 

　　據(jù)悉，采樣理論是由法國化學家和統(tǒng)計學家皮埃爾·莫里斯·基Pierre Maurice Gy創(chuàng)立的 (1924-2015)，Pierre Gy指出，不均勻性是所有采樣誤差產(chǎn)生的根源，他確立了的Pierre Gy公式，并建立了個固體顆粒采樣的理論模型。而后，Gy在此基礎上進而發(fā)展了應用更為廣泛的模型，可應用于礦業(yè)、冶金、金屬和合金、水泥、食品等多個重要行業(yè)的采樣。
 

　　屆世界采樣與混樣大會(1st World Conference on Sampling and Blending，WCSB1)于2003年在丹麥的埃斯比約舉辦，會議授予Pierre Gy“顆粒材料采樣理論”創(chuàng)始人榮譽，會議全體代表一致通過設立“Pierre Gy采樣”，并在每屆WCSB會議上授予在采樣學領域做出杰出貢獻的個人。此后，WCSB每兩年舉辦一次，分別在澳大利亞、巴西、南非、智利、秘魯、法國等國家舉行。
 

　　第九屆世界采樣與混樣大會日程將由12個論壇，包括近50個學術報告和1個互動論壇組成。報告均是從國內(nèi)外作者提交的論文中精選而出，經(jīng)過國內(nèi)外作者積極踴躍投稿和國內(nèi)外專家評審，終100篇論文收錄至大會論文集，論文數(shù)為歷屆之。本次盛會聚集了世界采制樣領域的專家、學者、*企業(yè)和眾多國內(nèi)外參會代表，涵蓋多個相關領域，包括礦業(yè)、冶金、水泥、食品、制藥、農(nóng)業(yè)和環(huán)保等諸多領域，參會代表人數(shù)突破500人，為歷屆之。屆時，與會專家學者與代表們將共同交流探討熱點研究方向和實踐應用問題，包括金礦、銅礦、鐵礦、鋁土礦等各類礦物及其金屬制品的取制樣標準、取制樣方法和實踐；取制樣在地質(zhì)、環(huán)境、土壤、食品、建材等各領域的研究與實踐；各類先進的取制樣工具、設備和采樣系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)與應用；各類標準物質(zhì)標準樣品的研制；在線取樣技術和過程分析技術與案例；移動產(chǎn)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)與人工智能等技術在智能采樣上的應用等。
