液壓隔膜計(jì)量泵概述
液壓隔膜計(jì)量泵也叫柱塞隔膜計(jì)量泵的一種,是德國(guó)巴赫增強(qiáng)型結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),該計(jì)量泵與被計(jì)量介質(zhì)介質(zhì)接觸部分為隔膜,而驅(qū)動(dòng)部分為液壓柱塞。由于隔膜根據(jù)被計(jì)量介質(zhì)的不同可選用不同的材質(zhì),CSM、FPM、PTFE等,而液壓驅(qū)動(dòng)可實(shí)現(xiàn)高壓計(jì)量的需要,所以柱塞隔膜計(jì)量泵的使用領(lǐng)域和工礦壓力大大提高。

柱塞隔膜計(jì)量泵工作原理
柱塞隔膜計(jì)量泵是由驅(qū)動(dòng)齒輪2帶動(dòng)中空柱塞10往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng),并通過中空柱塞10中的液壓油驅(qū)動(dòng)計(jì)量膜片6。中空柱塞10上有一個(gè)特殊設(shè)計(jì)的調(diào)節(jié)空,使柱塞內(nèi)外的液壓油相同。柱塞10外面套有一可調(diào)節(jié)的用來關(guān)閉調(diào)節(jié)空的滑環(huán)11。當(dāng)調(diào)節(jié)孔關(guān)閉時(shí),柱塞推動(dòng)里面的液壓油來驅(qū)動(dòng)計(jì)量膜片6。在每個(gè)行程中,被柱塞推動(dòng)來驅(qū)動(dòng)計(jì)量隔膜的液壓油的量,正好等于被計(jì)量的介質(zhì)的量。
計(jì)量泵流量的調(diào)節(jié),可通過柱塞法蘭上的手動(dòng)旋鈕12實(shí)現(xiàn),也可通過變頻器、伺服電機(jī)等實(shí)現(xiàn)。該計(jì)量泵的流量不隨壓力變化的而變化,在靜態(tài)和工作狀態(tài)下均可進(jìn)行0-*的線性調(diào)節(jié)。調(diào)節(jié)精度高。其中空柱塞不是固定在電機(jī)偏心輪上,在吸入行程中,柱塞被彈簧9反彈回到零位置,從而有效防止了吸入介質(zhì)在計(jì)量頭中形成堵塞時(shí)給泵造成的損害。
吸入閥8在介質(zhì)吸入過程中被打開,使介質(zhì)流入計(jì)量頭,在加壓時(shí)吸入閥則切斷。
壓力閥5在介質(zhì)加壓過程中被打開,而在吸入過程中關(guān)閉以防止壓出的介質(zhì)回流入計(jì)量頭。

Working principle of plunger diaphragm metering pump
The plunger diaphragm metering pump is driven by a driving gear 2 to drive the hollow plunger piston reciprocating motion, and the diaphragm is driven by the hydraulic oil in the hollow plunger piston 6 to drive the diaphragm to be measured by the hydraulic pressure of the motor. The piston is driven by the hydraulic pressure of the hollow plunger piston, and the metering diaphragm is driven by the hydraulic pressure of the hollow plunger piston 10. Hollow plunger 10 has a special design of the adjustment of the air, so that the same hydraulic fluid inside and outside the plunger. The outer sleeve of the plunger 10 is provided with an adjustable slip ring which is used for closing the adjusting air 11. When the regulating hole is closed, the piston pushes the hydraulic oil inside to drive the metering diaphragm 6. In each stroke, the amount of hydraulic fluid driven by the plunger to drive the metering diaphragm is exactly equal to the amount of the medium being measured.
Metering pump flow adjustment can be achieved through the plunger flange on the manual knob 12, can also be achieved through the inverter, servo motor, etc.. The metering pump with pressure change and change, can be carried out in the static state and 0* linear regulation. High adjustment accuracy. The air piston is not fixed on the eccentric wheel of the motor, and in the suction stroke, the plunger is bounced back to the zero position by the spring 9, so as to effectively prevent the damage to the pump caused by the blockage of the suction medium in the metering head.
