            Application：
            Used widely for treating special material under the condition of high pressure oxidization and inert gases. 
            Features：
            1.The furnace can be opened from middle of the body, which facilitates disassemble furnace tube and quick temperature decrease. 
            2. Japanese Shimaden PID inligent 40 steps temperature controlling system
            SCR controls. 
            3. Temperature controlling accuracy comes up to ±1℃. 
            4. Insulating layer is Japanese Alcera alumina polycrystal fiber. 
            5. Furnace tube is alloy steel tube withstanding high temperature. 
            6. It can withstand 0.7MPa high pressure under the temperature of 1100℃. 
            7. High uniformity of chamber, it can be used under high vacuum, owning automatic device that reduces the pressure, which makes it safer. 
             
            A digital sensor fixed on the bottom of flanges connected with controlling meters which sets pressure alarming figure, once it comes to the alarming figure, surplus pressure will be released so as to keeps the pressure within the safe range.
