電子天平的原理，電子天平的工作原理
電子天平是采用電磁力平衡的原理，應(yīng)用現(xiàn)代電子技術(shù)設(shè)計而成的。它是將稱盤與通電線圈相連接，置于磁場中，當(dāng)被稱物置于稱盤后，因重力向下，線圈上就會產(chǎn)生一個電磁力，與重力大小相等方向相反。這時傳感器輸出電信號，經(jīng)整流放大，改變線圈上的電流，直至線圈回位，其電流強(qiáng)度與被稱物體的重力成正比。而這個重力正是物質(zhì)的質(zhì)量所產(chǎn)生的，由此產(chǎn)生的電信號通過模擬系統(tǒng)后，將被稱物品的質(zhì)量顯示出來。
由于電子天平是利用電磁力平衡的原理，沒有機(jī)械天平的橫梁，沒有升降樞裝置，全量程不用砝碼，直接在顯示屏上讀數(shù)，所以具有操作簡單，性能穩(wěn)定，稱量速度快，靈敏度高等特點(diǎn)。目前一般電子天平還具有去皮（凈重）稱量、累加稱量、計件稱量等功能。并配有對外接口。可連接打印機(jī)、計算機(jī)、記錄儀等，實現(xiàn)了稱量、記錄、計算自動化。
