            Serum sample was purchased from Shanghai Hengyuan Biological Technology Limited Company. 500 μL serum sample was transferred into the electrochemical cell and diluted to 5 mL with 0.1 M PBS. Human urine samples were analyzed directly after being diluted by 10 times with 0.1 M PBS (pH 7.0). The contents of AA, DA, UA and AC were determined using the standard addition method.
