C. 用戶現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安裝 Installation at customer site
機(jī)器將由賣方專業(yè)工程師在用戶處現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安裝, 并按出廠驗(yàn)收條件完成驗(yàn)收. 用戶提供必要的輔助條件
The machine will be installed by a certified engineer from the seller and complete the inspection according to the seller’s specification.
D. 在安裝現(xiàn)場(chǎng)培訓(xùn) Training on customer site
機(jī)器的使用操作培訓(xùn)將由賣方專業(yè)工程師在用戶現(xiàn)場(chǎng)主持, 培訓(xùn)時(shí)間為1~1.5天. 買方的操作員應(yīng)具備基本的計(jì)量基礎(chǔ)知識(shí).
The operation training will be take on customer site with a period of one and half days, the operators from the buyer should have a basic knowledge on Metrology.
E. 質(zhì)量保證 Warranty
自在買方完成驗(yàn)收之日起, 買方提供12個(gè)月的保修期, 保修期滿后提供終身有償服務(wù).
The seller provides 12 months of warranty since the date of inspection. Paid service will be provided for the long term.

TESA Micro Hite 具有自成一體的設(shè)計(jì)理念, 非常適合于一維和兩維的幾何坐標(biāo)測(cè)量 – 內(nèi)外長(zhǎng)度, 高度,深度,階梯尺寸和距離.
自動(dòng)搜索zui高和zui低點(diǎn)的功能及其對(duì)zui大zui小值及其差值的記憶能力使之成為圓形尺寸的測(cè)量有效工具.
外加TESA 1G-13(選加附件)則更能按照ISO1101標(biāo)準(zhǔn)測(cè)量垂直度, 直線度, 平行度和端跳.
此測(cè)高儀安裝在鍍鎳的堅(jiān)固底座上, 底座上配有三個(gè)精密拋光支承, 氣浮可使測(cè)高儀在測(cè)量平臺(tái)上輕松移動(dòng).
金屬光柵尺帶有零位參考點(diǎn), 測(cè)量頭安裝在滾珠軸承上, 驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)可鎖定并進(jìn)行微調(diào)(需選加附件).
計(jì)算機(jī)誤差補(bǔ)償更提高了長(zhǎng)度,直線度和垂直度的測(cè)量精度.
TESA Micro Hite is a self-contained design made to measure in 1 or 2 coordinate directions – For length measurements in the form of internal, external, height, depth, step and distance dimensions of geometric elements with flat, parallel or cylindrical surface.
Automatic capture of the culminating point on bores and shafts – Memory functions <max.>, <min.> and <max.-min.> in dynamic probing.
TESA 1G-13 digital probe, as an option, lets you also measure any deviation from perpendicularity, straightness and parallelism as well as runout errors with result output in conformance with ISO1101.
The instrument is mounted on a rugged nickel plated base with bottom face including three supporting points finely lapped. Air cushion usable for easy move of the height gauge accross the surface plate.
Incremental glass scale with reference point. Measuring head mounted on a ball-bearing. Drive system can be locked or tighten. Fine adjust can also be additionally mounted(available as an option).
Extremely accurate measuring of deviations from length, straightness and perpendicularity due to the automatic correction of the bias errors through CAA(Computer Aided Accuracy).
