Application
DMSO 是一種用于化學(xué)反應(yīng)（如聚合酶鏈?zhǔn)椒磻?yīng) (PCR)）的極性非質(zhì)子溶劑，也可作為冷凍保護(hù)玻璃化劑用于保存細(xì)胞、組織和器官。DMSO 可在細(xì)胞冷凍培養(yǎng)基中用于保護(hù)細(xì)胞免受冰晶導(dǎo)致的機(jī)械損傷。它可用于原代、繼代培養(yǎng)和重組的異倍體和雜交瘤細(xì)胞系、胚胎干細(xì)胞 (ESC) 以及造血干細(xì)胞的凍存。DMSO 常與 BSA 或胎牛血清 (FBS) 一同使用。
Caution
容易過(guò)度冷卻，并在室溫下緩慢融化固化的產(chǎn)品放在室溫下可以再次液化，對(duì)其本身無(wú)影響。
