一 、產(chǎn)品介紹
F4/80是一種160 kDa的膜糖蛋白，屬于EGF-TM7家族。F4/80在大多數(shù)組織巨噬細(xì)胞上表達(dá)，包括腹膜、肺、腸、胸腺和脾紅髓巨噬細(xì)胞，以及Kuffer細(xì)胞、朗格漢斯細(xì)胞、骨髓基質(zhì)細(xì)胞和樹突細(xì)胞的亞群。F4/80的同源配體尚未確定，但在小鼠中的研究表明，F(xiàn)4/80對(duì)細(xì)胞因子的產(chǎn)生和誘導(dǎo)調(diào)節(jié)性T細(xì)胞是重要的。
