Valve operation A
Valve control takes place through the control
electronics of Type 8605, which converts an
analogue input signal into a PWM2) (pulsewidth
modulation) signal.

比例電磁閥工作原理
它基于電磁開關(guān)閥的原理:斷電時(shí),彈簧將鐵心直接壓在閥座上,使閥門關(guān)閉。線圈通電時(shí),所產(chǎn)生電磁力克服彈簧力將鐵心提起,從而打開閥門。比例電磁閥對(duì)電磁開關(guān)閥的結(jié)構(gòu)作了一些改動(dòng):在任何線圈電流下,使彈簧力與電磁力之間產(chǎn)生平衡。線圈電流的大小或電磁力的大小將影響柱塞的行程和閥門開度,而閥門開度(流量)與線圈電流(控制信號(hào))之間為理想的線性關(guān)系。 直動(dòng)式比例電磁閥的流向?yàn)殚y座下。介質(zhì)從閥座下方流入,其作用力的方向與電磁力相同,而與彈簧力相反。因此,需要設(shè)置工作狀態(tài)下對(duì)應(yīng)于工作范圍(線圈電流)的大和小流量值。得雷流體的比例電磁閥在斷電時(shí)都是關(guān)閉的(NC,常閉型)。
