Reacts with neutral endopeptidase, a 100 kDa type II transmembrane glycoprotein, otherwise known as the common acute lymphoblastic
leukemia antigen (CALLA). CD10 is expressed on a wide variety of normal and neoplastic cell types. Normal cells expressing CD10 include
granulocytes, a subset of B-cell progenitors, germinal center cells and fibroblasts.
Clone - Description
Anti-Cytokeratin (CAM 5.2) reagent has a primary reactivity with human keratin proteins that correspond to Moll`s peptides #7 and #8, Mr 48 and 52 kDa, respectively.Cytokeratin 7 and 8 are present on secretory epithelia of normal human tissue but not on stratified squamous epithelium. Anti-Cytokeratin (CAM 5.2) stains most epithelial-derived tissue, including liver, renal tubular epithelium, and hepatocellular and renal cell carcinomas. Anti-Cytokeratin (CAM 5.2) may not react with some squamous cell carcinomas.

1）抗體的L鏈?zhǔn)怯蒀、V、J三個(gè)基因簇編碼的，H鏈由C、V、D、J四個(gè)基因簇編碼的。
2）V是編碼可變區(qū)，有300個(gè)種類;D編碼高變區(qū),有15 ～ 20個(gè)種類;J編碼連接V、C的結(jié)合區(qū)，有4～5個(gè)種類;C編碼恒定區(qū)，僅有一種。
3）這些外顯子通過多種多樣的重排，所合成出的肽鏈，還要再進(jìn)一步進(jìn)行L和H鏈組合，這樣zui后生成的抗體種類就非常多了。
