Cellartis人iPS細胞（Human iPS Cell Line）產(chǎn)品是達到了工業(yè)客戶使用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)生產(chǎn)的干細胞產(chǎn)品。該產(chǎn)品包括細胞和用于增殖培養(yǎng)的Cellartis DEF-CS Culture System培養(yǎng)體系。iPS細胞已經(jīng)在制品化時完成了對DEF-CS培養(yǎng)體系的適應(yīng)。Cellartis DEF-CS Culture System培養(yǎng)體系是組分明確而且不依賴飼養(yǎng)層的便捷的干細胞培養(yǎng)體系。Cellartis DEF-CS Culture System適合高效率地增殖培養(yǎng)干細胞，并且保持干細胞在增殖過程中幾乎無分化地生長，這使得不需要在大規(guī)模增殖培養(yǎng)過程中進行細胞篩選。因此，Cellartis人iPS細胞（Human iPS Cell Line）產(chǎn)品是一套完整的產(chǎn)品體系，對于科研級別和工業(yè)規(guī)模的需求都適合。

☆細胞系通過使用缺陷型多順反子逆轉(zhuǎn)錄病毒（defective polycistronic retrovirus）技術(shù)重編程人皮膚成纖維細胞以轉(zhuǎn)入Oct-4，SOX2，KLF4和c-Myc

☆細胞系的純度和干細胞特征經(jīng)過廣泛分析，包括解凍后的恢復(fù)，支原體和細菌檢測，干細胞特異性標(biāo)記物的表達（Oct-4，NANOG，SSEA-3，SSEA-4，TRA-1 -60，TRA-1-81），不表達分化標(biāo)記（β-3微管蛋白，F(xiàn)OXA2，ASMA）和預(yù)期核型

☆用Cellartis DEF-CS培養(yǎng)系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化培養(yǎng)，試劑盒包括Cellartis DEF-CS 100培養(yǎng)系統(tǒng)
