Monitor Solar PV Thin Film Depositions In-Situ
System SMX-ISI enables you to integrate XRF film measurement and process controls directly into your line at key insertion points.

The SMX-ISI is similar to the SMX-ILH open beam tool, except that it is incorporated into your process at a clean vacuum insertion point. The SMX head is bolted to a specially designed port （see example, below right）; x-rays pass in and out of your process vessel, enabling film measurement and process control.

SMX-ISI electronics, power and x-ray control systems are integrated into a single operator station （with available light pole alarm system） that may be positioned either adjacent to or remoy from the process. A single ISI control station is capable of controlling multiple Ethernet linked x-ray modules.
