美國(guó)VICI通用色譜 兩通 三通 四通 等配件
1、Microvolume Connectors--微體積連接器
當(dāng)傳統(tǒng)的機(jī)械加工設(shè)備無(wú)法在典型的接頭、三通和四通上鉆納米孔時(shí)，這種混合兩件式設(shè)計(jì)是的。目前的加工技術(shù)已經(jīng)進(jìn)步到允許在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)裝配體中加工納米孔通道，至少對(duì)大多數(shù)材料來(lái)說(shuō)是這樣。與初的兩件式設(shè)計(jì)相比，這些配件的制造成本更低，并提供了其他優(yōu)勢(shì)。由于這些原因，我們正在將大多數(shù)材料轉(zhuǎn)換為一體式設(shè)計(jì)。除了少數(shù)例外，以前在微體積兩件式設(shè)計(jì)中可用的內(nèi)容現(xiàn)在將在新的一體式設(shè)計(jì)中可用，在大多數(shù)情況下價(jià)格更低！
請(qǐng)注意，原來(lái)的微容積配件在配件中心有一個(gè)8-32螺紋安裝孔。在新的一體式版本中，此安裝孔是可選的。
2、Unions--直通/兩通
2.1 Internal unions--內(nèi)螺紋直通
標(biāo)準(zhǔn)型
隔板型(可通過(guò)儀表面板或支架安裝。裝配體被咬邊，以便在擰緊安裝螺母時(shí)咬入面板，從而無(wú)需使用鎖緊墊圈。)
