PEI25K轉(zhuǎn)染試劑的應(yīng)用
PEI又稱為線性化聚乙烯亞胺，是人工合成的含有高密度正電荷的有機大分子陽離子聚合物。PEI與DNA通過正負(fù)電荷的相互吸引形成復(fù)合物，這些復(fù)合物很容易通過內(nèi)吞作用進入細胞。PEI-DNA復(fù)合物能很好地抵御溶酶體的降解作用，有效提高轉(zhuǎn)染效率。PEI可作用于大至135000個核苷酸的質(zhì)粒，所以較大的質(zhì)粒也可以成功轉(zhuǎn)染。目前市面上PEI轉(zhuǎn)染試劑有很多種，Polysciences的PEI線性轉(zhuǎn)染試劑適用于多種真核細胞，用途廣泛。
