Upon transformation, your cells express the Dnmt1-Chromobody® and Dnmt1 is visualized by binding of the fluorescent Chromobody®. The transient binding does not influence normal cell/Dnmt1 function and thus offers you the unique possibility to observe endogenous Dnmt1 localization in your cells.Actin-Chromobody®
