            這種雙聯葉片泵常應用于有快速移動和慢速工作進給要求的機械傳動中，這時的雙聯泵常由一個小流量泵和一個大流量泵所組成。當需要快速移動時，可以利用大流量泵供油，或者兩個泵同時供油；當需要慢速的工作進給時，由小流量泵供油，同時使大流量泵卸荷，以節(jié)省動力并防止油液的發(fā)熱。這種泵往往采用一個低壓大流量泵和一個小流量泵的雙聯結構。




            1、雙級葉片泵

            雙級葉片泵是指同一根驅動軸上安裝的兩個泵串聯成為前、后兩級的油路關系，即前一個泵的出油口就是后一個泵的進油口，兩個葉片泵裝在一個泵體內并在油路上相互串接。

            雙級葉片泵的工作原理。兩個單級葉片泵的轉子裝在同一根傳動軸上，當傳動軸回轉時就帶動兩個轉子一起轉動。第一級泵經吸油管從油箱吸油，輸出的油液直接送人第二級泵的吸油口，第二級泵的輸出油液經管路送往工作系統，從而形成了前、后兩級的供油關系。

            設第一級泵輸出壓力為p1，第二級泵輸出壓力為p2，則該泵的輸出壓力為p1+p2：。但這需要一個基本條件：第一個泵的輸出流量應該正好滿足第二級泵的輸人流量的需要，否則會造成油液的空穴現象，引起噪聲，并降低泵的效率。由于兩個泵的定子內壁曲線和寬度等不可能做得一樣，兩個單級泵每轉一周的容量就不可能相等。為了平衡兩個泵的流量與載荷關系，如圖1所示，在泵體內設有一個載荷平衡閥，使第一級泵的油液輸出與平衡閥的大端1相通，使第二級泵的輸出油路與平衡閥的小端2相通，這樣，當第一級泵的輸出流量大于第二級泵的輸人流量時，多余的油液經平衡閥的大端頂開平衡閥，并由泄油口流回它的進油口，使兩個泵的流量與載荷獲得平衡；如果第一級泵的輸出流量小于第二級泵的需要時，油壓p1要降低，使平衡閥被推向左，平衡閥的一級泄油口會關閉，而處于閥右側的平衡油口會打開，第二級泵輸出的部分油液從管路2經該閥口流回第二級泵的進油口而獲得流量的補充和平衡。
