生物活性：強(qiáng)力霉素是一種抗生素，是一種具有口服活性的廣譜金屬蛋白酶 (MMP) 抑制劑^[1]。多西環(huán)素具有抗菌活性和抗癌細(xì)胞增殖活性^{[1][2][3][4][5]。 體外多西環(huán)素（0.01-10 μg/mL，4 天）僅在高濃度下影響神經(jīng)膠質(zhì)瘤細(xì)胞的生長(zhǎng)[2]。< br/> Doxycycline (0.01-10 μg/mL, 24 h) 在 SVG 細(xì)胞中降低 MT-CO1 蛋白含量，濃度為 1 μg/mL 或更高[2]。
