生物活性：乳酸（Lactate acid）是糖酵解的產(chǎn)物。乳酸是由于體內(nèi)收縮骨骼肌缺氧而產(chǎn)生的，可以在完-全有氧條件下去除。乳酸可以作為危重患者的血流動(dòng)力學(xué)指標(biāo)^[1][2]。

體外：Lactate (Lactic acid；20 mM；24、48 小時(shí)) 導(dǎo)致細(xì)胞增殖和遷移顯著減少，作用并將細(xì)胞代謝轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)檠趸姿峄痆1]。 Lactate (20 mM；24 小時(shí)) 顯示 MCT1 和 HCAR1 的蛋白質(zhì)和 mRNA 表達(dá)水平增加[1]。 MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
