美國ImmunoChemistry Technologies（ICT）有幾十年免疫檢測的經(jīng)驗，主要提供高質(zhì)量高靈敏度的ELISA以及相關(guān)試劑，包括包被液、封閉液、沖洗液、底物、終止液、板子等等。同時提供全面的細胞活性檢測相關(guān)試劑，包括凋亡、caspase、自噬、細胞毒性、壞死等相關(guān)檢測。
ImmunoChemistry公司產(chǎn)品FLICA™、Magic Red™、MitoPT™、FLISP™、Cholinesterase和dan堿酯酶等全細胞蛋白酶檢測試劑盒，不采用酶聯(lián)免疫方法也不使用抗體，通過使用熒光標(biāo)記的滲透細胞底物與由活性蛋白酶標(biāo)記多肽序列的抑制劑，對細胞內(nèi)活性凋亡蛋白酶、組織蛋白酶、絲an酸蛋白酶、dan堿酯酶、功能性線粒體進行測定，便可定量分析細胞凋亡與細胞毒性。
一旦小鼠單克隆細胞系被亞克隆為單克隆，它就可以通過體外（生物反應(yīng)器）或體內(nèi)（腹水）生產(chǎn)用作單克隆抗體（mAb）的無限來源。

細胞系擴增（1-2周）
解凍并擴增單克隆細胞系用于接種生物反應(yīng)器。
可根據(jù)要求提供細胞系對無血清培養(yǎng)基的適應(yīng)（適應(yīng)最多需要 3 周）。
生物反應(yīng)器生產(chǎn)（2周）
將細胞系接種到生物反應(yīng)器中并產(chǎn)生抗體。
mAb純化

細胞系擴增（項目相關(guān)時間線）
解凍并擴增單克隆細胞系用于接種小鼠。
接種（3-4周）
對小鼠進行啟動，接種細胞，然后收獲抗體。
