探討石化生產(chǎn)中產(chǎn)生的聚乙烯、聚丙烯、尼龍六六鹽 3種有機(jī)粉塵的危害性及預(yù)防措施。方法　生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)勞動(dòng)衛(wèi)生學(xué)調(diào)查 ,粉塵的毒性及對(duì)大鼠肺的致纖維化作用動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)。結(jié)果　作業(yè)場(chǎng)所粉塵濃度聚乙烯 14 2mg/m3 ,聚丙烯 4 1 6mg/m3 ,尼龍六六鹽 2 5 0mg/m3 ;3種有機(jī)粉塵LD50 >15 0 0 0～30 0 0 0mg/kg;大鼠支氣管染塵后經(jīng) 1～ 18個(gè)月觀察 ,發(fā)現(xiàn)實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物肺組織切片上可見網(wǎng)織纖維增生和少量膠原纖維 ,染塵后的體外細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)液中巨噬細(xì)胞著色率和乳酸脫氫酶活性單位顯著高于正常對(duì)照組 ,但低于石英粉塵對(duì)照組。結(jié)論 3種有機(jī)粉塵雖均屬無毒物質(zhì) ,但據(jù)體外肺巨噬細(xì)胞實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果對(duì)肺巨噬細(xì)胞有輕微毒性 ,對(duì)大鼠肺有輕度致纖維化作用。生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)粉塵污染嚴(yán)重 ,長(zhǎng)期接觸可能造成職業(yè)危害 ,應(yīng)積極采取預(yù)防措施
