m6A（N6-甲基腺苷）是哺乳動物 mRNA 中豐富的內(nèi)部修飾。這種修飾由 m6A 甲基轉(zhuǎn)移酶或稱 “寫手”（如 METTL3 和 METTL14）完成，并可由作為 “擦除器 ”的去甲基化酶（如 FTO 和 ALKBH5）逆轉(zhuǎn)。m6A 修飾的 mRNA 的穩(wěn)定性受 m6A 閱讀蛋白 YTHDFs 的調(diào)節(jié)，YTHDFs 可識別 m6A 并降低目標轉(zhuǎn)錄本的穩(wěn)定性。
