英國(guó)GRIMM格林進(jìn)口齒輪泵概述： 
          進(jìn)口齒輪泵系容積式泵，主、被動(dòng)齒輪與泵體、左右泵蓋組成進(jìn)油、出油二個(gè)封閉空間，當(dāng)齒輪轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)時(shí)，進(jìn)油腔的容積，由于嚙合齒不斷脫開，而由小變大形成真空，將液體吸入，有齒谷帶往油腔，而出油腔容積，由于嚙合齒的不斷進(jìn)入嚙合而大變小，油液受壓縮而被排出,從而達(dá)到輸送油料的目的。

英國(guó)GRIMM格林進(jìn)口齒輪泵結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)： 
           進(jìn)口齒輪泵主要由齒輪、軸、泵體、泵蓋、軸承套、軸端密封(特殊要求，可選用磁力驅(qū)動(dòng)，零泄露結(jié)構(gòu))等組成。齒輪經(jīng)氮化處理有較高的硬度和耐磨性。與軸一同安裝在可更換的軸套內(nèi)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。泵內(nèi)全部零件的潤(rùn)滑均在泵工作時(shí)利用輸送介質(zhì)而自動(dòng)達(dá)到。
　　    泵內(nèi)四個(gè)軸承套在泵內(nèi)浮動(dòng)安裝，隨工作壓力大小自動(dòng)調(diào)整端面間隙，因此泵的壓力穩(wěn)定，輸出流量脈動(dòng)小，溶積效率高。
　　    從主軸外伸端向泵看，為順時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)。
