結(jié)晶罐Crystallization Tank

l 結(jié)晶罐采用進口304或316L不銹鋼制作，內(nèi)壁采用機械拋光或電解鏡面拋光，外壁采用304全焊接結(jié)構(gòu)保溫，外表面采用鏡面或亞光處理。

l 結(jié)晶罐上安裝0.22um呼吸器。

l 結(jié)晶罐能承受121℃高溫滅菌消毒，配備衛(wèi)生級壓力表。

l 罐體對外連接口采用衛(wèi)生快開接頭。

l 結(jié)晶罐帶有溫度監(jiān)控裝置，2個視鏡，清洗球及氮氣進口、溫度計口等接口。

l 軸的密封采用特殊的衛(wèi)生級機械密封設(shè)計，確保物料不受污染。

l 結(jié)晶罐可采用變頻調(diào)整裝置，攪拌軸轉(zhuǎn)速調(diào)節(jié)范圍大。

l The external connection port of the tank body adopts a sanitary quick opening joint.

l The crystallization tank is equipped with a temperature monitoring device, 2 mirrors, cleaning balls, nitrogen inlet, thermometer port, and other interfaces.

l The shaft seal adopts a special sanitary mechanical seal design to ensure that materials are not contaminated.

l The crystallization tank can adopt a frequency conversion adjustment device, with a wide adjustment range of mixing shaft rotation speed.
