頻閃儀是指控制光源發(fā)光，以特定頻率快速閃動(dòng)的光學(xué)測量儀器。美國Checkline DS-12V頻閃儀本身可以發(fā)出短暫又頻密的閃光,當(dāng)調(diào)節(jié)頻閃燈的閃動(dòng)頻率,使其與被測物的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)或運(yùn)動(dòng)速度接近或同步時(shí),被測物雖然高速運(yùn)動(dòng)著,但看上去卻是緩慢運(yùn)動(dòng)或相對(duì)靜止,這種視覺暫留現(xiàn)象使人目測就能輕易觀測到高速運(yùn)動(dòng)物體的表面質(zhì)量與運(yùn)行狀況 ,而頻閃儀的閃光速度即為被檢測物體(例如:馬達(dá) )轉(zhuǎn)速和運(yùn)動(dòng)頻率 (印刷袋 ) ,亦可以利用頻閃儀分析物體振動(dòng)情況、 高速移動(dòng)物體的動(dòng)作以及高速攝影等。利用頻閃儀觀測檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)在歐美已廣泛使用 ,隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展,越來越多的行業(yè)開始使用頻閃儀來幫助解決產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)問題。
