Cytokeratin (34betaE12)細胞角蛋白（HMW）

高分子量角蛋白抗體（34β E12）能識別角蛋白1、5、10和14。該抗體能和鱗癌、腺鱗癌發(fā)生反應，但不能識別腺癌。在正常組織中，34β E12可顯示復層上皮、肌上皮細胞以及前列腺和支氣管的基底層細胞。34β E12對于腺癌和鱗癌以及前列腺良惡性腫瘤的研究是非常有用的。
細胞角蛋白是一種常用的腫瘤免疫組織化學標記物，陽性表達見于上皮細胞、間皮細胞；癌，間皮瘤等。
細胞角蛋白（cytokeratin CK）主要分布于上皮細胞，是角質(zhì)細胞中的主要骨架蛋白，這種結(jié)構(gòu)蛋白的主要功能是維持上皮組織的完整性及連續(xù)性。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)細胞角蛋白（CK）具有*的保守性和組織分化特異性，與上皮細胞的增殖分化密切相關(guān)。目前已得到證實的細胞角蛋白有20多種。

High molecular weight keratin antibodies (34βE12) recognize keratins 1, 5, 10 and 14. The antibody and squamous cell carcinoma, adenosquamous carcinoma reaction, but can not identify adenocarcinoma. In normal tissues, 34βE12 can display stratified epithelium, myoepithelial cells, and basal cells of the prostate and bronchus. 34β E12 is very useful for the study of adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma and benign and malignant prostate tumors.
Cytokeratin is a commonly used tumor immunohistochemical marker, positive expression found in epithelial cells, mesothelial cells; cancer, mesothelioma and so on.
Cytokeratin CK is mainly distributed in epithelial cells and is the main scaffold protein in keratinocytes. The main function of this structural protein is to maintain the integrity and continuity of epithelial tissue. Study found that cytokeratin (CK) has a very high degree of conservation and differentiation of tissues, and proliferation and differentiation of epithelial cells are closely related. So far, more than 20 kinds of cytokeratins have been confirmed.
