Cytokeratin 20(細胞角蛋白20)

細胞角蛋白20（CK20）分子量為46KDa，主要研究胃腸道上皮、尿道上皮和Merkel 細胞。主要用于胃腸道腫瘤、泌尿道腫瘤、卵巢黏液性腫瘤和Merkel 細胞癌的研究。鱗癌、乳腺癌、肺癌、子宮內(nèi)膜癌和卵巢非黏液性腫瘤均不表達CK20。細胞角蛋白19片段（Cytokeratin-19-fragment CYFRA21-1)是肺泡上皮細胞凋亡時，其細胞中含有的角蛋白的碎片降解后變成可溶性物質(zhì)而進入血液，使血中含量增高。非小細胞肺癌的*標志物。特別是鱗狀上皮細胞癌目前*的腫瘤標志物，靈敏度可達60%，特異性可達95%。它對非小細胞肺癌(NSCLC)的早期診斷、療效監(jiān)測和預后判斷均有重要意義。監(jiān)測非小細胞肺癌的病程和預后。血中CYFRA21-1水平顯著升高提示腫瘤的晚期或預后差；如果對非小細胞肺癌的治療效果好，其水平會很快下降或恢復到正常水平，如值不變或輕度減低提示腫瘤未*去除或有多發(fā)性腫塊存在。
