近日，東安格利亞大學研究人員通過血液稀釋劑對人體艾滋病毒天然屏障有了新了解。
新研究揭示了朗格漢斯蛋白如何作為感染艾滋病毒*階段的自然屏障存在于生殖器分泌液中，期間與藥物肝素相互作用。
研究小組已經(jīng)鑒定了朗格漢斯蛋白和肝素之間不同機制的相互作用。東安格利亞大學藥學學院博士研究員Jesus Angulo說：“朗格漢斯蛋白存在于生殖器粘液中并由免疫細胞產(chǎn)生。艾滋病病毒在感染人的過程中朗格漢斯蛋白組成了*道屏障。肝素是一種抗凝劑，用來防止血栓的形成。但它也在體內(nèi)自然生成，并且?guī)в胁煌煞职@著我們的細胞。”

"We once speculated that heterogeneity can be stabilized by the exchange of mtDNA between cells," said Sachidanandam. "The results show that mtDNA exchange is indeed feasible and that heterogeneity can be maintained through this mechanism. This technology provides people with a new platform to study mtDNA heterogeneity under normal and disease conditions. In the future, it may be possible to use exchange mechanisms. For treatment, replace bad mtDNA with good mtDNA."
With the development of sequencing technology, metagenomics has gradually become a new hot area. Metagenomics is mainly to identify all microorganisms in an environmental sample and understand their respective roles. Recently, researchers at the University of East Anglia have gained new insights into the natural barriers to human HIV through blood thinners.
The new study revealed how Langerhans proteins exist as a natural barrier to HIV infection in genital exudates, interacting with the drug heparin.
The team has identified different mechanisms of interaction between the Langerhans protein and heparin. According to Jesus Angulo, a Ph.D. researcher at the Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of East Anglia, “The Langerhans protein is present in the genital mucus and is produced by immune cells. The AIDS virus infects humans and the Langerhans proteins form the first barrier. Heparin is an anticoagulant used to prevent the formation of blood clots, but it is also naturally produced in the body and has different components that surround our cells."
“The interaction of the Langerhans protein and heparin is important for the degradation of the HIV virus. The way heparin interacts with the Langerhans protein is important because it is thought to stabilize the formation of particles and help eliminate HIV. Particles."
"This is a basic study that provides a detailed structure of potential interactions known to be the natural barrier to HIV. However, this does not mean that taking heparin or other anticoagulants will protect people from HIV."
