【流感嗜血桿菌相關(guān)知識(shí)】

流感嗜血桿菌分類為兩類，即莢膜菌株及沒(méi)有莢膜的菌株。雖然已知莢膜類的乙型流感嗜血桿菌（或是b型流感嗜血桿菌，簡(jiǎn)稱HiB）是毒性的主因之一，但感染流感嗜血桿菌的病因卻仍未*清楚。它們的莢膜能幫助它們抵抗在沒(méi)有免疫的寄主體內(nèi)的吞噬作用及不觸發(fā)補(bǔ)體介導(dǎo)的裂解。沒(méi)有莢膜的菌株則較少侵略性，但它們能誘發(fā)炎癥而產(chǎn)生其他病癥，如會(huì)厭炎。

在T細(xì) 胞分化過(guò)程中，調(diào)節(jié)Thy-1分子的表達(dá)可能與細(xì)胞與細(xì)胞之間相互 作用有關(guān)。Thy-1與神經(jīng)細(xì)胞粘附有關(guān)，并可能在免疫系統(tǒng)與神經(jīng) 系統(tǒng)的中起作用。在T細(xì)胞分化過(guò)程中，Thy-1首先表達(dá)在小 鼠胸腺皮質(zhì)區(qū)迅速分裂的考地松敏感細(xì)胞，皮質(zhì)胸腺細(xì)胞Thy-1密 度高，在髓質(zhì)區(qū)具有免疫潛能T細(xì)胞的Thy-1密度降低，外周血T細(xì) 胞表面此抗原密度相對(duì)較低。裸鼠少部分脾細(xì)胞也有低密度Thy-1 ，提示T細(xì)胞前體具有Thy-1抗原，可能相當(dāng)于成鼠骨髓中低密度 Thy-1陽(yáng)性細(xì)胞。小鼠Thy-1有112個(gè)氨基酸殘基。Thy-1有2個(gè)等 位基因，所編碼的抗原分別命名為Thy-1，1和Thy-1，2，兩者僅 在第89位氨基酸有差別：Thy-1.1是精氨Thy-1.2是谷氨酰胺。 Thy-1氨基酸組成與免疫球蛋白恒定區(qū)和β微球蛋白有高度的同源 性同屬于免疫球蛋白超家族。胸腺白血病抗原（thymus- leukemiaantigen,TL或TLa）是一類同種異體抗原，僅表達(dá)于某 些白血病和不成熟的Thy-1陽(yáng)性胸腺細(xì)胞，為早期分化抗原。TL抗 原與小鼠H-2K、H-2D和H-2L抗原的結(jié)構(gòu)相似。正常不成熟的胸腺 細(xì)胞表面只出現(xiàn)TL1、TL2、TL3、TL5和TL6等5個(gè)表型，TL4僅出 現(xiàn)在白血病胸腺細(xì)胞上。TL與人的T6/Leu6是類同物，屬CD1。二 、T細(xì)胞在胸腺中的選擇成熟的、有功能的T細(xì)胞必須經(jīng)過(guò)在胸腺 中陽(yáng)性選擇和性選擇。主要組織兼容性復(fù)合體（MHC）抗原在這兩 種選擇中起著關(guān)鍵的作用。

In the process of T cell differentiation, Thy-1 first expresses the sensitive cells of cosmassos that rapidly divide in the thymic cortex of mice. The Thy-1 density of cortical thymocytes is high, and the Thy-1 density of immunopotential T cells in the medullary region. Decreased, the density of this antigen on the surface of peripheral blood T cells is relatively low. Nude mice have a small portion of low density splenocytes Thy-1, suggesting T cell precursors having Thy-1 antigen, may be equivalent to the low density bone marrow murine Thy-1 positive cells. Mouse Thy-1 has 112 amino acid residues. Thy-1 has two alleles, and the encoded antigens are named Thy-1,1 and Thy-1,2, respectively, and the two differ only in the 89th amino acid: Thy-1.1 is arginine Thy-1.2 is Glutamine.
