患者腹痛的程度和體征不相符，常常腹痛劇烈，但體征輕微。發(fā)病初期腹部喜按，但隨著膽道炎癥的發(fā)生而出現(xiàn)拒按。2.惡心、嘔吐嘔吐物多為胃內(nèi)容物，可含膽汁，也有可能吐出蛔蟲(chóng)。據(jù)報(bào)道嘔吐出的蛔蟲(chóng)可多達(dá)數(shù)十條甚至上百條之多，小兒由于咽喉反射敏感性較差，可從鼻腔中爬出蛔蟲(chóng)。3.寒戰(zhàn)、發(fā)熱膽道蛔蟲(chóng)患者的體溫多在正常范圍之內(nèi)，當(dāng)合并感染時(shí)，患者可出現(xiàn)畏寒、發(fā)熱，但體溫的上升與腹痛的程度不成比例。蛔蟲(chóng)鉆入膽道引起膽管炎，除非蟲(chóng)體退出膽道，炎癥緩解，體溫多不會(huì)自退。4.黃疸單純的膽道蛔蟲(chóng)因蟲(chóng)體表面光滑，不易形成*性膽道梗阻。但蛔蟲(chóng)鉆入膽道后，若蛔蟲(chóng)的數(shù)量多、蛔蟲(chóng)死在膽道內(nèi)，或反復(fù)發(fā)作的膽道蛔蟲(chóng)引起膽管炎時(shí)，可引起膽道梗阻，在梗阻后24～48小時(shí)可出現(xiàn)黃疸。
