GS 谷氨酰胺合成酶(鼠單克隆抗體)

在哺乳動物肝臟中,谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)催化谷氨酸鹽和氨合成谷氨酰胺。谷氨酰胺,作為GS活性的zui終產物,是腫瘤細胞能源的主要來源。研究肝癌發(fā)生發(fā)現,GS陽性的腫瘤細胞被認為是來源于GS陽性的肝細胞。在正常肝臟,GS主要在圍繞門脈的肝細胞表達,很少累及到中間和周圍的細胞,但在肝細胞肝癌時,大多數的腫瘤細胞都有彌散性表達。在肝細胞的非惡性病變,如退行性結節(jié),其表達陽性率低于50%,而早前肝癌和分化好的肝癌其表達陽性率超過60%。所以,彌撒性陽性表達與陰性或局灶性表達相比,前者有可能是早期或分化好的肝細胞肝癌。
