            B-27® 添加劑是無血清添加劑,用于海馬神經(jīng)元和其他中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)(CNS)神經(jīng)元的生長和保持其短期或長期活性。B-27® 添加劑是50X 的液體,可以與Neurobasal® 培養(yǎng)基或Neurobasal®-A 培養(yǎng)基組合使用,用于神經(jīng)細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)而不需要再添加飼養(yǎng)層細(xì)胞。
