齒輪油泵是一種容積式內(nèi)齒輪泵。由于其結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、噪音低、供油穩(wěn)定、自吸性能好等高速特性，在低壓液壓系統(tǒng)中得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用?？勺鳛閯?dòng)力泵或潤滑泵使用。該泵適用于輸送各種油。
雙作用雙聯(lián)泵原理：當(dāng)電機(jī)帶動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)子沿轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)時(shí)，葉片在離心力和葉片底部壓力油的雙重作用下向外伸出，其頂部緊貼在定子內(nèi)表面上。處于四段同心圓弧上的四個(gè)葉片分別與轉(zhuǎn)子外表面、定子內(nèi)表面及兩個(gè)配流盤組成四個(gè)密封工作油腔。這些油腔隨著轉(zhuǎn)子的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，密封工作油腔產(chǎn)生由小到大或由大到小的變化，可以通過配流盤的吸油窗口（與吸油口相連）或排油窗口（與排油口相連）將油液吸入或壓出。在轉(zhuǎn)子每轉(zhuǎn)過程中，每個(gè)工作油腔完成兩次吸油和壓油，所以稱為雙作用式葉片泵，由于高低壓腔相互對稱對稱，軸受力平衡，為卸荷式。
